About Me
I was born in the quiet stillness of winter just days after Christmas, a time often seen as
sacred, a threshold between endings and beginnings. While my arrival may have been a gift, my
early life unfolded through separation, survival, and unseen wounds that would shape the path of
my becoming.
Before I had words, my body held memory of being separated from my family, of medical
trauma, of learning what it meant to exist in a world that did not always feel safe. I grew up in a
home where love and pain were intertwined, where silence carried as much weight as words, and
where my spirit often sought refuge beyond the physical world.
Nature became my sanctuary. Imagination became my medicine. Even as a child, I felt there was
something more, a deeper truth, a quiet knowing within me that whispered: this is not where
your story ends.
As the years unfolded, I carried the imprint of my experiences wounds around worth, voice,
and belonging. Like many women, I moved through life shaped by survival patterns I did not yet
understand, repeating cycles that echoed the pain of my past. Yet beneath it all, there was a fire
a soul-deep resilience that refused to be extinguished.
At 17, I answered an inner calling that would change the course of my life. I left behind
everything I had known, stepping into the unknown with nothing but instinct and a quiet trust in
something greater guiding me. That was the moment my path of awakening began.
It wasn’t until my 40s, through deep therapeutic work and spiritual exploration, that I began to
fully unravel the layers of my story. What I discovered was profound: I was never broken I was
carrying unhealed stories that were asking to be seen, felt, and transformed.
Through years of healing, I reconnected with the parts of myself I had once abandoned the
inner child, the intuitive voice, the sacred feminine within me. I began to release inherited pain,
rewrite my narrative, and step into a life that felt aligned with my truth.
As an adult learner, I followed this calling into higher education, earning my Master’s in
Counseling with honors. Yet my greatest teachers were not only found in textbooks they were
found in the circles of women, elders, and mentors who held space for my spiritual remembering.
Through them, I reclaimed a connection to something ancient, intuitive, and deeply sacred within
me.
My journey led me into forgiveness not as forgetting, but as liberation. Into compassion not
only for others, but for myself. And into a deep understanding that our wounds are not the end of
our story they are often the doorway into our purpose.
Today, I walk as a guide for women who are ready to come home to themselves.
My work is a weaving of the therapeutic and the spiritual a space where healing meets
intuition, where the inner child is invited back into play, and where women are supported in
reclaiming their voice, their truth, and their unapologetic expression.
I believe that within every woman lives a wild, wise, and free essence one that has been
shaped, silenced, or forgotten but never lost.
My role is to help you remember.
To create sacred space for your healing.
To honor the stories your body carries.
To guide you back into wholeness, play, and power.
My life is no longer defined by what I endured.
It is devoted to what I am here to awaken
in myself, and in others.
